Returns

Due to the unique nature and high value of our pieces, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.

Any claim regarding defects or incorrect items must be submitted in writing to our contact email within 5 business days of delivery, including clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. All returns must be pre-authorized by Levanne.

Items approved for return must be shipped back in their original packaging, unworn, and in the exact condition received. Once the item is inspected and the claim is validated, Levanne will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at its sole discretion.

Slight variations in color, texture, or patina — particularly in antique or vintage items — are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. Customized, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return. Product images and descriptions on our website represent each piece faithfully; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, all shipping costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Florida, United States, with no class actions permitted. Customers may pursue claims in small claims court. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
